You may find the following of interest.

We are particularly pleased with the performance of the Shenandoah boiler that we purchased from you in the summer of 1997.  The unit was installed in September of 1997 and now has 2242 hours of service.  Not only has it been consistently reliable in it's performance, reducing our energy costs dramatically, but it has required very little maintenance.

The Shenandoah boiler is used to heat waste oils from bunker C to used engine oil to a temperature >85 degrees C. in our US$2,700,000 wastewater / wasteoil treatment facility.  The treated oil that we recover we use to fire the Shenandoah boiler, and that amount in excess of our needs we sell to industries that use alternate fuel.

The installation of the boiler was accomplished by our engineers and on-site staff.  The Shenandoah boiler was put into service as expected with little effort.  All permitting and governmental boiler inspections were obtained without difficulty.

The Shenandoah burner has been reliable, trouble free, and the periodic maintenance is easily accomplished due to the thoughtful design of the boiler.

I thought that I would confirm in writing what I have told you in person, "You have a great product in the Shenandoah boiler.  I will be replacing our Natural Gas heating system in our 10,000 foot warehouse with the Shenandoah boiler system burning our own recovered oil.  I expect to reduce our heating bills through our winter season, October to April, by an average $1,500 per month."
