SUPERLUBE 12423 100 St. Grande Prairie, Alberta  T9V 4H2 January 19, 2000 Northwest Industrial Supply 22023 70th Avenue Kent, Washington USA  98032 Dear Howard, We are now into our 3rd winter of operation using the Shenandoah WL-60.  As you well know, our fast lube and car wash facility is located in northern Alberta, Canada, where weather conditions can regularly drop to -35 degrees Celsius and beyond.  Although we live in the middle of the largest natural gas fields in the world, with the Shenandoah boiler, we don't have a need to be hooked up to this utility.  We are saving thousands of dollars per year by using the Shenandoah boiler. The boiler was installed by ourselves with the help of our local plumber in February of 1998, and currently there is well over 6000 hours of service on it.  Our on site maintenance is performed with ease by our own staff. We expect to build another facility within the next year and plan to incorporate another Shenandoah WL-60 as an integral part of our waste oil recycling and heating system.
